Grades K-4

The SheWolves Pups Field Hockey Program is designed for young players, from PreK to Grade 4, to introduce them to the basics of field hockey in a fun and supportive environment. The focus is on developing foundational skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting through engaging games and activities. The program is structured to be low pressure, allowing young athletes to learn and explore the sport without the stress of competition. It aims to build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game while ensuring that every participant has fun and enjoys the experience.

  • Fall Travel League is available for Grade 3, and advanced Grade 2 players, upon coach’s evaluation.

She-Wolves

Grades 5-8

The SheWolves Alphal Program is designed to enhance the fundamental skills of field hockey through a more competitive approach, all while keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging. The program focuses on refining core skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting, but also emphasizes teamwork, strategy, and game understanding. Players are challenged to improve their abilities in a supportive environment, where they can compete at a higher level while still enjoying the game. The program strikes a balance between skill development and enjoyment, ensuring that players not only grow as athletes but also have fun on the field.

  • Fall Travel League is available for Grades 5 and 6.

Alpha Elite

Grades 9-12

The Alpha Elite program is dedicated to empowering high-level athletes who aspire to compete at the varsity level and beyond. Our program is uniquely designed for players who are passionate about sharpening their skills and mastering the finer nuances of the game—without the time commitment of joining a travel team.

Our training sessions focus on developing advanced techniques, tactical understanding, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Athletes will engage in high-intensity drills that maximize repetitions, simulate game scenarios, and build confidence under pressure.
